A TRAVELLER has shared how she showers in a SHED – a short walk from her fancy caravan.
Vivien McDonagh Britton, who lives in the caravan with her husband, sparked curiosity after revealing she doesn’t use its bathroom for washing herself or using the toilet.
Flooded with questions on her TikTok page, she’s now giving her followers a closer look at her unique lifestyle.
The traveller revealed a question regularly gets asked is if people can see her shed, as her “caravan is gorgeous.”
But before revealing her shed, she told followers: “I feel like everyone thinks that it’s going to be something spectacular and exciting and fancy.
“Spoiler alert, it’s not. It’s not fancy.
“It’s just like a stable with a shower, bathroom, washing machine, dryer, etc. All that stuff.”
She then gives viewers a glimpse of her shed with a Wickes sticker on the window – which is a short stroll from her caravan home..
Vivien added: “Like I said, it’s not fancy or anything.”
The video showed the inside of the shed which had a fully plumbed-in water system, featuring a built-in shower, toilet, and sink plus a washing machine and tumble dryer.
She shared that the mirror by the sink was still yet to be fixed on the wall.
She said: “I still need to paint it white and then put it on the wall. I just haven’t had a chance to do that yet.”
Talking about her shower she said: “Believe it or not, I do actually get a wash and I do actually get a shower.
“But this is my little utility slash bathroom shed.
“I do usually have mats on the floor, but one’s in the machine and two of them’s on the rack right now, drying as we speak.
“That’s a little tour of my shed that everyone was dying to see.
“Again, it’s not fancy, but it’s a bathroom shed.”
Vivien then explained that she is going to paint the roof white when she gets a chance to do it.
She adds: “On the outside, I’m going to paint like a chocolate brown, but I’m going to wait for the summertime to do that because we live in the UK and it rains all the time.”
Her video gained over 770,000 views, with more than 300 people rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts.
One person asked: “Wait, do you not use the toilet in your caravan? Xx”
To which Vivien replied: “No.”
Another commented: “Why do I want this shed and I live in a house.”
Whilst someone else expressed: “Okay give me this shed with a caravan. I’m moving out of a brick house.”
